tactics rating and improvement of actual games.

It definitely wont hurt to expose yourself to a wide range of tactics, especially when starting out. I wouldn't put too much stock into the puzzle ratings though, most of them are wrong and it gives false impressions. That being said, you should be ahead of your peers being a 700 that can solve what chesscom considers to be 2000 rated puzzles. Ultimately the only way to improve is to apply what you learn and actually play. It's no use studying tactics if you can never see them when they appear in your game.

You have only played 2 games so far. It takes about 25-30 games to get an accurate rating in any time control.

Don’t let losses discourage you. Tactics improvement is a sign of progress, but there’s always an adjustment period to incorporate those skills into your gameplay.

I personally view tactics training as a gimmick to promote it as an upgrade benefit. They are like snapshots of a game and lack the context or visual cues you would absorb from encountering the same tactics sequence in a real game. With the app you can swipe between your current games so if you have 50+ daily games on the go you'll always have a few games to update every day creating your own real game puzzles with the advantage of creating a games database you can refer to.

How could you know if you improved or not? How could you know what level are you at? You have played only 2 games, and you won both of them easily.

i heard pattern recognition is important thats why i decided to take time on tactics puzzles. i thought if there's many patterns in chess i didn't have to find it myself in a game but itd be better and faster to learn and copy basic moves.

since i got a free trail of diamond membership im binge playing puzzles. i hit 2000 in like 4 days and noticed chess puzzles are so easy unlike actual games. beginners don't hit 2000 that quicly unless using a engine right?
actually this is my new account. on my old account i was stuck around 600.

For a player of 600, a puzzle rating of 2000 sounds good, but not extraordinary.
Yes, solving a puzzles is easier than noticing the exact same tactic is a real game. On the other hand, solving puzzles help enormously in improving calculation skills and noticing tactics. So it is very possible that you've improved. There is only one way to find out.
