And don’t quit the tactic because you can’t solve it in an effort to preserve the rating. That won’t help you improve.

In my opinion, yes he has. I’m good friends with him and recently he’s been beating players much higher than him. Also he’s gained roughly 600 rating points since and he’s still going up
