The Decimation of Isabel bot

Here is a quick game showing what most of us already know, bots are stupid.

And it comes with a somewhat nice looking mate.

I used to struggle with Isabel, just a couple of months prior, so I know how many of you feel, and I hope this game can be the least bit informative (despite it not being an example of quality chess)

You’re telling me that a 1600 rated bot has an iq of 6.

LOL this is so true, as a beginner i suck, but bots are a whole different level XD

Bd2 is a sub-optimal move according to the database. You're better off playing e3 or qc2.

I appreciate the advice, but I’m well aware it’s sub optimal, I don’t take games against bots I’ve beaten previously seriously, I played this game in the middle of taking a quiz on my driver’s ed course, responsible student over here. tongue.png

Oh, I was answering @Circumcolution's question about bd2. Your free to do whatever you want against the bots by all means lmao.

I just had a brain fart, never mind. Lmao

Lower rated bots in a a nutshell: Can somehow do 15 moves of opening prep but randomly bongclouds in the middle of it.

Bots are programmed to make so make different levels of plays. The lower the rating, the more blunders are forced into the bot for example.  That's why you can beat a bot in 15 moves and then never beat the bot for a week.
