Tips for reaching 800?

Hi! I've been playing chess for many time, but started taking it serious a week ago. Last time I played was in 2018, so I just knew how to move pieces and some basic tactics. I'm near to 600 elo and, truly, it was quite easy. I played against people with over 1000 or 1200 and won in some cases. My problem is that I'm kinda stucked in this level, sometimes I win but others I can't focus and lose. I'd like some tips that could help me to reach my current goal: 800 elo. I've already learnt some openings, basic and pawns checkmates, developement and endings. What do you think I need to improve? I guess I'm getting better but it isn't seen in my elo.

Get 1500 in tactical puzzles. Use more of the time on your clock. In rapid 10 mins, if I use most of my clock, I win majority of the time, If I use less than half I’m like 50/50. Play on days when you’ve ate a good healthy meal with essential micro nutrients. Take some fish oil? Hydrate sleep 6-8 hours. Don’t play on days when you feel like shit.

The main thing is to always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
It is a little mental discipline.
Sit on your hands.
Hang no pieces hang no pawns.
When your opponent hangs a piece or a pawn, take it.

Try out the custom puzzles setting.... There are other puzzles that don't get commonly spawned

I think opening, middlegame and endgame are all equally important. As long as it leads you in the right direction.

@GeorgeWyhv14 I do agree with this statement. I'm quite good at opening, early middlegame and endgame but in late middlegame I usually I miss my advantage and end up losing the game. I can't find any spanish streamer/youtuber that can help me with that and I'm kinda lost

I used to think that middlegame and endgame is hard but now I know better than you can't just say no to one section of the game. You must be balanced in all three section of a chess game. I took for granted of my chess opening that I forgot to develop the other areas that are also important.
