Those are time controls. 5|5 starts you off with 5 minutes and adds back 5 seconds every time you move. 3|2 starts you off with 3 minutes and adds 2 seconds after each move.
that means that the first number means the real time and the second number after that line means the increment. So each play is increased by 5 seconds
