Ummm actually I'm smaller than all those ages
What age should you stop playing rapid

You should never. Rapid is the best way to improve. It goes fast but you also have time to think. You should never stop this.

I need help with just one thing do anybody of you know what age you should stop rapid and do a challenging one like bullet?
There’s no age rating for games. If you want a break from rapid then play bullet if you want. Anyone can play any kind of game.

I'm 72, and I've decided that rapid is my ideal time control. I've been flirting with 5/5, but it just doesn't give me time to think, and my mental reflexes aren't what they used to be. As for longer time controls, I don't find that I spend a great deal more time thinking and analyzing. Besides, 10/5 is perfect for getting in a couple of quick games and then going back to watching GothamChess.

10. that's the age when you realize that rapid is nonsense and start playing bullet
How the rapid is nonsense?

I think 2/1 is fun. My reflexes aren't good enough for the game but I play openings that are trappy and I can usually pick up some time while my opponent is trying to remember the last time they saw the opening. But I agree with MSteen: Rapid is a very comfortable time control.
I'd suggest you wait until you've won the world championship enough times in a row to get bored of it, like Magnus Carlsen did with classical.
