What do I do next?

Hello everyone, my name's Amaan, I am just a random teen from India and I would like some guidance on improving my game. I used to play chess as a kid, stopped and have come back, I have been practicing for about 3 weeks now against the computer, haven't played many rated matches; I started with the 1550 rating engine, won a few times and moved to the 1700 rating engine, and today was the first time I won against it, I would like to improve further, what would you recommend me to do? Should I learn new openings, or continue playing against the computer, or play rated matches? Any and all suggestions are welcome, and thanks for your help!
