Early/Wayward queen attacks in general are one of the few truly bad openings in chess. All you have to do is button up all possible threats against your pieces and keep forcing their queen to move via basic developmental principles that happen to attack it. Before long you have a giant lead in development, while they have almost nothing.

The problem is that you have to do it right. If you give your opponent anything to grab on to, the game will rapidly turn against you.

Still, once you get everything right, it's very easy to win. People who play early queen attacks tend to be very unskilled, so they'll flounder easily and make very bad blunders, such as in that game. Your opponent played pretty much the worst moves possible immediately after the attack failed.
