Rapid, in my opinion
Rapid. For me, moving from 10 minute games to 15|10 minute games was a huuuuuge help.
Rapid for beginners and go to blitz ones you are good enough
If you are interested in becoming a better chessplayer, the slower the time control the better. Improvement comes from understanding your mistakes and learning how to avoid them. Bullet and blitz do not give you time to think. While it may be fun, it is not the way to improve.
I am a beginner for me Bullet and blitz are great for quick decision making. if you want to play calmly then play rapid to not rush things think your move then then attack or defend that basically depends person to person nobody can judge that this particular game mode is the best its up to you to decide
