What is the worst chess piece?

I think it is the Bishop.
Anna_anoush

The knight ( in my opinion)

Git_er_done

King. He can only move one square at a time. He can't approach a queen at all, he's limited in the directions he can approach other pieces to capture them.

Git_er_done

It's fitting that he's also the most valuable

PromotedKingX

I feel like it's The King cuz all it do it just sit there and do nothing but to keep the pieces alive💀

pupapple77777
bishop
HumbleCrumb

In terms of power it would be the king or pawn

The king is an attacking piece once the queens come off.

Jahtreezy

The shatranj/chaturanga pawn that can't en passant or double move.

chessburger644

i think bishop is worst because pawns can reach the end and become a queen

Sirus_Karimi_A

Every piece in the right position becomes to best piece

And the best pieces are the worst pieces in the wrong position

U just have to arrange them correctly

VenemousViper

Bishops. I just hate them, it's why I play the Ruy Lopez so I can trade them early in the opening. (Even if I know it's innacurate). They always get trapped and blocked by pawns.

DejarikDreams

The worst piece is the one you don’t use as effectively as the rest.

Tylerblevins8715

bro its obviously the queen

Anjan1234567890

Terrible players don't know how to use bishops. Therefore they think there's something wrong with the piece.

BuzzleGuzzle

Probably the knight. It's the worst piece to have in the endgame, and it's use in the middlegame is situational compared to bishops.

HrishaanIyer

knight

If you're asking about the least mobile piece, that would be the king. Even the pawn can move two squares at least once in the game, but the king can never move more than one square. In addition, the pawn can promote to a queen, rook, knight, or bishop.
