What is this type of tactic called?

I'm not a beginner but thought this might be a beginner Q.

If from this position White plays 1. Rg3? and Black replies with 1. ... Rg5+ the white rook will be lost because it is attacked twice. Perhaps easy to overlook because the rooks are at opposite ends with white pieces inbetween them.

Deflection?

I like to call it power skewer.

I think it's just a regular skewer. Not exactly a deflection.

I have delivered and been on the receiving end of this tactic before but I did not think much about the naming of it.
