What makes a move “Brilliant “ in the after game analysis?

It used to be that 'Brilliant' moves had something to do with the engine not spotting the move as being best until you played it.
It was changed during the lockdown period IIRC to now be awarded on a slightly more 'human' basis. I believe it's also rating dependent, eg. If a 2200 player does a standard tactical sacrifice to win material, it might be awarded as a good/best move, but if a 800 player does the same sacrifice, it would award it as brilliant as it would be brilliant for a lower rated player to play that kind of move.
Mostly, it's nice sacrifices or critical moves when every other move is bad. But I don't think they've fully revealed it all. You can use "Insights" (diamond membership) to see how many brilliant moves you've had relative to others in your rating range.
How often do the best players on chess . com achieve them in their games?
Thanksgiving for abusing my curiosity!
