1) Improve your puzzle rating: it will help you in lots of ways, like, it will help you in justifying why you were able to defeat opponents with higher ratings than you, and it also helps in becoming tactical Mozart, etc.
2) Play more tournaments: In tournaments, you will face higher-rated opponents more often, and you have your secret weapon that your ratings are lower than your skills. This will make your opponents to underestimate you, which is the worst thing a player can do in match. This way your rating will skyrocket
3) Practice with higher-rated Bots/engines: when I was around 1200, I was able to defeat up to 1900 rated bots, and beat 2000 and 2100 chess engines once 🫠 trust me it's not that difficult, and i am not trying to show off, this is somethings you can easily do. Play against bots and an engine and analyse your game.
4) Optimise Your Play : don't chase losses-quit after 2 consecutive defeats and play again tomorrow or whenever you have time and your mind is in focus mode. when playing well, extend sessions;when struggling,as i said earlier stop playing now and try later.
5)Stick to one time control

Arena tournaments put you against people rated the same as you. Arenas are about 100 times as popular as swiss system tournaments, where you got to face higher rated opponents if you were having a good day.
Bots are often wildly misrated. There are many posts about low rated players beating the highest rated bots.
If you quit after only 2 losses, you won't play very much. I agree that it is good to quit when you are having a horrible day but I would put the bar much higher. I see that you lost two games in a row five separate times the other day (6/29) but didn't stop.
