Barnes opening is objectively the best for beginners.

I have been playing grob opening first but find out it is bad often lead to loss the game horribly

As long as you’re actively thinking about each of your moves I don’t think it matters too much. 

I did get a lot out of learning and playing the kings gambit though. It really helped me get a better feel for handling initiative and threats to king safety

(I probably wouldn’t recommend it tho)

best beginner opening is e4-e5/d4-d5

you should stick to opening principles as a beginner, not to theory openings
