Is this a troll thread or are you asking for honest thoughts here?

Uhhhhhh, the only thing about this is you're not good enough. So unless you're good, I see no reason why you don't win.

Good point, I just don't like to lose but who dose? I will keep practicing and ha maybe I might just beet Beth

This is just one example game I saw. You need to see if your pieces are under attack and either move them out of the way or defend them. If your opponent takes something of yours, you should probably be looking to recapture, or take something better. If you can't do that, you didn't do the thing I mentioned before this. At your level, it will generally end up being recapturing, at higher ratings you'll see opportunities to take better pieces, but I find here players just forget to do anything and make random moves instead, giving away even more material. Remembering not to do that would improve their games all by itself.

Basic point count.

A pawn is worth roughly 1 point

A knight is worth roughly 3 points

A bishop is worth roughly 3 points

A rook is worth roughly 5 points

A queen is worth roughly 9 points

Yes, the value of the pieces can vary on a game to game basis, but in general this is where they stand. Don't trade higher value pieces for lower value pieces, and try to trade your lower value pieces for higher value pieces.

While playing, see if you happen to have the ability to just take your opponent's pieces. Yes, your opponents will give away their pieces to you at your rating, because they do not pay enough attention to their plays either.

Your first move with your king should be to castle. Do not move it otherwise unless forced to. After that, you probably shouldn't be moving your king much unless you have to to keep it safe or we are so far into the endgame stuff like the queen is dead, most of the pieces are gone, etc.

As a result of the above, your rooks shouldn't really do much moving until you've castled with one of them. You move them later in the game, don't try to rush them out early in the game. Let pieces clear up, once a file is clear for them to move through, you can start looking at moving them through that file, but be happy to think of them as your reserves.

All of the above is just a basic idea of stuff. The goal is to minimize making actions that make no sense at all. You don't need to make great moves to beat players at your rating, you just need to make sure you aren't making insanely bad ones, like giving away your queen. Wait for your opponent to give away their queen, or any other piece, for free, and when they do, take it.

If you do want to make an attack, here is a general rule of thumb. Don't make an attack unless you don't care if your opponent sees and blocks/avoids it with the best move possible. Basically, if you attack their queen with your knight, for example, and your opponent moves their queen out of the way, your attack should still, say, put your knight on a better square and you are happy with it.

Your biggest goal should just be not to give away pieces. If your opponent can take your high valued piece with a low valued piece, don't let them. If they can take a low valued piece with a higher valued piece, you should have a piece protecting yours. Have more defenders of your piece than they have attackers, and you should be ok.

You should post an analysis of one of your games. As in, you put up the game, and type in your thoughts about your moves. See if you can spot obvious blunders, such as when they can just take a piece for free, etc. You don't even need a computer, at this stage just your opponent's own moves show clear enough replies to notice.

You need to copy a PGN from one of your games, but after you do that you can just make a post, hit the chessboard on the left that says "insert game or diagram" and paste the PGN into it. Once that is loaded, you can right click on the move (as listed in the PGN) and comment on it.

You can post it in whichever forum category is relevant. You should probably make a new forum in this category, as it'll be the easiest one to find.
