Why Bxf3 is the best move?

I don't like  Bxf3 because i give a bishop for a knight

Bishops are not better than Knights. It depends on the position. Bxf3 removes White Kings best/only defender.

When someone says “bishops are better than knights” it means usually, not always. In some cases knights are even better than rooks. You have to ask yourself is THAT knight better than THAT bishop.

I wouldn't take the computer's analysis as particularly worthwhile. I recently had a game where I was sacking 2 knights to mate my opponent and the analysis kept trying to get me to reestablish material equality.

you gotta click through the moves that the analysis wants to play to see the end result.  it's objectively the best move, but that doesn't mean it always makes sense especially when you only see the first few moves of the sequence.

as for the original post, the computer just wants to gain as much of an advantage as possible.  with perfect play, black's slightly ahead when you take the knight, instead of white, so that's why it likes it.  but a computer against that computer could probably draw it.

'You don't like'

You never like giving up your queen, but when you have to to either 1. defend against checkmate 2. Checkmate, you need to give up your queen.
