why do I always get put up against ppl that are rated way higher than me

Is it just the matchmaking or another issue with 3 day matches because I have been up against 1000 rated players 5 separate times wile I’m a ~100 rated player

Always? You have only played one match against a 1000 rated player.
Your daily rating is 395 not 100.
You have only played 6 total matches .
