Why do I make careless blunders so often?

I play chess regularly and am more or less of an intermediate but still I face similar problems. The only way to solve this is to take your time on every move. It will be all right with practice.

And don't play blitz or bullet

Forget whatever they said and just play play and play some more. You need a couple of thousand of games to stop blundering. Then you can start learning about openings, strategy, plans etc

Hi, the same thing also has been happening to me as well. 

The longer I analyzed every move I was going to make, the more blunders & mistake I made. Yet, with those crazy blunders I still managed to beat and overwhelmed an ELO 1400 computer easily with +18 score.

Another problem is even though my win rate against ELO 1400 computer is more than 75%. But when it comes to PvP ( ELO Rating 1000-1050 ), my win rate dropped to less than 30%.

I'm sure I know the basic principles of chess, I watch Gotham Chess and Hikaru, I beat ELO 1400 computer easily. But I'm a loser at 1050-1100 ELO rating league.

Can somebody please explain why these ELO ratings are so inaccurate ?

They seem pretty accurate to me based on my rather consistent losing to opponents 100 points higher and beating opponents 100 points lower. My ratings against bots and my puzzle ratings are the ones that seem out of whack.
