Alright so I just want to know on why the other beginners tend to just straight up run up the timer like the they use up the whole time they had and if they wanted they if they didn’t want to play anymore they could legit just do the button that basically ends the game.

Because we are just learning, we may be younger and our thought process is slower.
I almost had an aneurism reading what you just wrote there but yes it is very annoying when they stall in a completely lost position.... my guess is they are very insecure and unhappy people .... a loser by any other name, but they do get some sort of satisfaction out of annoying whoever just beat them... not to mention the old tactic of stalling hoping your opponent went to grab a coffee or switched windows and forgot about the game then they make a move and win on time....

They are hoping you will get impatient and resign the winning position in favor of waiting for the 10-15 minutes for their clock to run out. Don't do it! Let their clock run out and report them for stalling afterwards.
You don't really see this in blitz, because the most you'd ever need to wait is a few minutes.

@PolgarsDaddy well as for the old tactic of stalling well that’s one of the reasons on why I don’t do 5 day games per move or longer because I’m waiting 14 days jus to win on time

@boogieman2000 it's not the spelling. We humans get spelling errors, it's your complete lack of punctuation that makes me feel like my entire body is covered in a sticky jell-o substance...

Why are you assuming that they don’t want to play anymore and are stalling? Maybe they’re just thinking and are bad at managing the risk of running out of time. This happens to me a lot. Some idiot yesterday was complaining that I was taking too long but I wasn’t stalling, I was thinking! Two moves after they complained I won. Now I know why people turn off the chat.
