why does my opponent keep getting bonus time in bullet??

The clock will be ticking down 10.4 seconds to 10.3 seconds to 10.2 seconds then 10.1 seconds he’ll make a move and the clock will go BACK to 10.3 seconds! But when I make a move it never goes back! And plenty of times my opponents clock hits 0.0 seconds and he’ll make another move! And it will go back to 0.1 seconds! Then hit 0.0 seconds and he’ll make another move again!!!

I’ve lost so many games because of this nonsense!!!

Basically because the time on your screen isn't the official time. Your clock could be doing the same thing on your opponent's screen.
