Why is it so difficult to Win on chess.com vs other sites?

I played a couple rapids today at around the 800 level.. lost horribly, didn't blunder at all in the second game but still got my ass handed to me. what am I doing wrong? at the 800 level people are flawless? and when I don't make any mistakes, they are just better anyways. not sure how to fix my strategy. I win regularly on lichess and other sites. I know I only have 2 rapids played here but wasn't expecting a butt kicking like that at that level.

the lichess ratings are inflated everyone knows that ive wondered why its a good question everyone knows its inflated but i dont know why maybe they do points there differently?

800 here equals around 1000 at Lichess.

Lichess is street fighting chess but here you can find scholars. They are more bitter at punishing mistakes and dont make mieses moves or useless nonblunder moves. Lichess is full of those moves and you will be confused about your plan in the game
