Why should you analyze your chess games for improvement?

Hi, I am a player with an ambitious goal of reaching 3000 elo at blitz. You know, when you analyze your games, you find your opportunities that were missed. You take some screenshots for them. My experience of doing this is that anyone is good at specific area of chess. My biggest weakness is that I miss the concept of "sacrificing your queen for a piece and your opponent take with a queen then you fork the king and queen". I barely miss pins or something. Analyze your games. They are a clear example of your biggest weaknesses. I don't care how good you are, you are gonna have a weakness in your games.
