just like me, I got the same question popped up in my mind. I Don’t know the answer. I am always wondering if our rating can go lesser than zero like in minus(like -100)
Will my ELO down to zero, if I resign frequently?

Rating can't go below 100, but I'm pretty sure there is a rule against resigning games too much especially when the game just started. But if you find yourself in completely losing positions a lot and resign for that reason, then that's totally fine.

use and abuse it
you can still do some tactics and play a game here or there but the lessons will pay off down the road if you work at them

Dont resign to early. I know its boring to play when loosing but your opponent might blunder to. Or you might have a chance for stalemate. At 300 i wouldnt resign at all, play to the end. There is alot to learn if you dont resign.

You can resign as much as you want, as long as you aren't purposely sandbagging.
There is a limit on how many times you can abort a game, but aborting a game means no points are awarded to either player.
Almost 2 weeks ago, a nice chess.com member gave me a month diamond membership.
Since that day, I take lessons, read every game report.
I don't know how to react whenever the opponents having other moves, therefore I resign every game that is going to lose.
will chess.com punish me for giving up a lot?
the *peak* rating was about 310.
feeling devasted, I don't understand the so-called *best move* for those games.
did those masters just lose more games and learn lessons from it?
