The story behind the Caro-Kann Defense:
The Caro-Kann is a very strong gameplay for black and is arguably the 2nd most strongest move for black to play as the Sicilian is ranked #1. Caro-Kann is basically a winning advantage for black, that's why d4 is 10000% better than e4. Why is that? Well, soon when black plays the Caro-Kann, black then has a +30% accuracy automatically. Which is why for beginners, I prefer d4. Unless if you thoroughly know the theory behind the Caro-Kann, e4 is a blunder. So, don't play e4. Play d4. And if you play as black always remember this line: 1. e4, c6 2. d4, d5 3. e5, c5. Sacrifice that pawn for a nice tactic, you'll understand when you play that line. This trick is good for 100 - 800 elo, DOMINATE WITH THE CARO-KANN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make me proud and send your amazing, brilliant, and spectacular games with you crushing your opponent with the Caro-Kann. The Caro-Kann usually would take 15 - 20 moves to checkmate your opponent and the Sicillian would usually take 10 - 15 moves.
