Does anybody else have any habits while playing chess? I listen to music while playing (which can't be good for my thinking)

When I practice i listen to music. When I am in a OTB tourney, then total silence.

i play poker and chess simultaneously on the net...both games suffer but my attention span is satisfied!  also listen to music, watch tv, yell absurdities at the dogs etc...all in good fun
