Bug in chess computer 2000+

I found this bug in chess computer on difficulty hard (2000+). If the computer first is 1. .. c5 then this follows. The question is that why is this bug there?

Just repeat the sentence of move! If the 1. .. c5 then if you play with white as it showed above you can mate the computer... it's just a bug, but I hope someone see it and fix it.

I tried to duplicate the game.  After 15 or so resignation/aborts against the hard computer when it didn't want to cooperate, I got bored and gave up.  Interesting though.  I guess you got lucky.

I've played the hard computer and it's been hard, then played it and it has blundered a queen. My theory FWIW is that hardware at chess.com is limited and the live computer games periodically suffer from CPU starvation - hence the occasional horrible game
