Can you create a (legal) position where both sides are in stalemate?

Perhaps the move before that position could be a capture or a pawn promotion?

Here's one way, if White plays 1. e8(N) then the resulting position would be stalemate regardless who is to move

sSswesSs, sorry but this position isn’t stalemate as both sides can move a lot of their pieces backwards.

1. e8 could be check mate depending on what white promotes to but most of the choices stale mate.
