I hate how NYC is becoming so gentrified, that the only thing left will be a bunch of crap shops selling overpriced junk you dont need. I believe however that places like the Marshal Club will find a way to survive, and that in the future there will be a resugrence of human contact, and a strong demand for places of character, and heart; not just money, and shallowness.
