Worst - the fitness gram pacer test  

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. Ding  A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. Ding  Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, ding.

The player can spend 5 turns creating a tsunami, which will end the game. If the king is put in check, it cancels and the player has to protect their king. 10 move cooldown.

doesen't do anything, just stands in the middle, pieces have to take two turns to climb over it. that's all.

Black hole: If a piece gets within 2 squares of it, it sucks them in.

worm hole: Ejects pieces that have been sucked into blackholes

Rick Astley: Rick rolls pieces that are within 2 square of him, effectively making them switch sides.

The Shapeshifter: starts off as a pawn. Whenever it makes a capture, it turns into the piece it last captured. So if it captures a queen then it becomes a queen, but as a queen if it captures a pawn then it goes back to being a pawn. If another shapeshifter captures it, that shapeshifter becomes the piece that it was at the time of capture.

Piece that cant be captured, use it as a barrier 

Shield: When the king is in checkmate, you can use the shield to block the check. Does not work if there are no squares to block or if it's a knight. Single use.
