i am not sure but i think that if it was a checkmate when the draw was agreed and the person who checkmated claimed to win the game before he signs his scoresheet he wins...otherwise if he signs the scoresheet and then realizes it he can't to anything...although i am not completely sure i think that this is what happens

I don't know what the rules say about it. but the arbiter was an international arbiter so I guess it it is cool but I think it is funny. it was an FIDE rated tournament OTB I was in.
2 players played a long game. Obviously both could not find a way to win so one of them offered a draw and the other player accepted. The result of the game was ½ point for each player.
The funny part of it was that the player who offered draw actually mated the other player but did not see it- and offered a draw after making the mating move.
