I remember something similiar in a tournment I played in once where the players exchanged the positions of their knights before agreeing the draw. So white's knights finished on g8 and b8, with the black ones on g1 and b1. The funniest point was when white picked up his knight on c6, hovered it around the top of the black queen on d8 a few times, before putting it on b8 
Two GMs played a game and agreed on a draw after move 1, but tournament officials required them to continue playing before they chose to draw.
