Why illegal? Because every square on the 6th rank is guarded by an unmoved black pawn, and the white king can't pass the 5th rank.

Why illegal? Because releasing either white bishop blocks the path of the other one.

Why illegal? Because Black lacks tempo moves to finish after the position is locked. If the bishop at d1 and the white king were swapped, it would be legal.
