Bishop, they are much better in endgames as they can control more squares and help pawns promote. They are also good at attacking with the queen. But in closed positions knights are better. So in the middle game, if I can, will trade my knights for bishops.

Knights are better, they are the only piece that can hop over others, has excellent forking abilities, and can attack pieces without being in danger themselves.
