White resigned prematurely. Nc3 would have saved the B on b5. Even if Black had played Bxb1 on move 7 instead of Qa5+ (hoping for recapture by Rxb1), the loss of the B could still be avoided by playing Bxc6+ first, then picking up the Black B on b1.
