Maroczy Bind but not Maroczy Bind?!

As some of you probably know, this is a maroczy bind (ignore black's moves)

but what if we do this on the other side of the board?

Is this is still a maroczy bind?

No, because you don't get much by it. Maroczy Bind is good because in The Sicillian, black always aims for d5 break and so guarding the d5 square is good. But guarding e5?!!

obviously not, there will be different tactical opportunities as the king is weakened, white cannot follow the same strategy
