Oh, the country of South Africa he is the 2nd highest player. Did you point out that the country was South Africa?

Ok, you are correct he is the 2nd highest rated player in the country of South Africa but still you need to address the fact that many who read about your game thought you had won and that you beat a IM and that you played White.

Lazy is from South Aftrica so it was pretty obvious that the IM is also from his country.

The game box says 0-1, which should mean black wins. The game is in post 1

Sorry, sorry, I admit I didn't see it's page 2. Sorry again! :)

Bugger the naysayers and nitpickers, Lazy. Great game. Well played.

The whole thread is dishonest/misleading .  Henry Steel is not even an IM , he is an FM .  Why such dishonesty ?

Hi lazy people do not always read links they rely on what is up front. I just think you were a little careless and excited that you played well so it is not the worse thing in the world to unintentionally mislead.

When someone following this thread said " Well played. I can't understand what went through his mind when he played 16. Rf3, it was a decisive mistake."

You did not point out that "he" did not play 16. Rf3 as "he" had Black and in fact you played the bad move 16. Rf3.  Instead of telling the fact that this very good player did not play 16. Rf3 you made it appear that this very good player DID play 16. Rf3.

You really have an obligation from the start to make clear who played with what color pieces and who won the game and if you run into a thread where a player clearly thinks you won the game --At that point you should have set the record straight.

If I were you I would delete the whole start of this thread and then make things clear and also respond to the people who thought you won this game.  They are not gonna say next time beat a grandmaster if you havent even beat a player who is a national master--clearly when they said that--they thought you won the game.
