My Peek Into the Future

I know this last round of updates was not without its problems, but I have to commend the addition this new feature:

TheGrobe

Seriously, though, something's wonky with the timestamp on posts here -- I just now posted something that got registered as being 25 minutes ago, and the post was inserted into the thread out of sequence (the post after mine was there before I posted):

So you got rid of "ago", and replaced it with "in" at the beginning.

What's the big deal?

TheGrobe

In groups, it's currently ago ago.  This is not photoshopped, by the way, this is a direct screen capture of how the forums page appeared.

Ahh, sadly it was a false positive.  Between this, the Higgs Boson appearing exactly as predicted, and D.B. Cooper being identified it would seem there are no more mysteries left.

They will be disappointed! (back to the drawing-board)

It seems as though chess.com has screwed up the space time continuum.

This is great news for those of us who chronically realize we've blundered only moments after hitting the submit button.

Yes, my father confirmed that the faster-than-light neutrino was not something to worry about.

Beer and cereal (not at the same time) still taste the same. Even in 3 ago in.

At the time, the researchers who produced the results seemed very cautious and hesitant about the outcome of their experiments.

Somehow I suspect that this is a very interesting thread, if I can ever figure out what it is about. Smile

The future, cab.

Interesting, however I had thought, based on a lecture I atttended at the time, that neutrino speed had already been established to a high degree of accuracy from obesrvation of supernovae and the resultant neutrino barrage.

Ah yes the future, I've heard that it is coming along quite soon. Surprised

ozzie_c_cobblepot

@corrijean yes of course they were. They are scientists, after all, and knew the sensational explanation was the least likely, to put it mildly.
