You achieve the interrobang by using the html code '& # 8253 ;' but without the spaces. Then hit save & preview. Only the code will appear in your post. However, hit the edit button, and the symbol will appear in your edit box; now the post can be submitted.

it is a " make your own chess piece" part. you order it as a block and then carve it away into the piece that you want
