i got it, it is a black win
: anything to say?really funny position! Win or draw?

This has been mentioned before, white has the amazing resource 2 c8B!!. This is the only time I have ever seen where it has to be a bishop. If queen then like you say Qh8 wins easily, if a knight then there are various ways for black to mate quickly, same with rook but with bishop it has the "ability" to be pinned whilst not able to capture the piece doing it. So the normal winning method of Qh8 doesn't work against the bishop as it will be pinned and unable to capture the queen like a rook or queen.
Anyway, please stop wuzhe. Just let it go, it is a draw :-)
yep, yer rite!
or
Yep, your right!

then this quesion's answer is black win, yey, i solved it! that just came up in my mind when i was brushing my teeth, strange, why no one said anything about this answer, anyway, i think i should have a puzzle, whatever...... GOOD LUCK!

NO i wasnt talking to you
1 c7 h1Q
2 c8B!! with the idea of Bxb7, Qh8
1/2-1/2, stalemate!
its a draw

dizzy, what if that was a 2 minute game, and 10 seconds left on the clock, wat you do! you do queen or bishop, please tell the truth, i will do queen

i would give a quick 7 second thought and
bishop
really, it didnt take even 10 second for me to find c8B!!
whites down that much, but still draws, LOL
but would there be realistically black pawns on the same file?
Draw,
1. c7 Nfd6
2. c8Q h1Q
3. Qxb7+ Nxb7
May I ask you what happens after 1. ... h1=Q?
c8....Bishop! Found on an engine. c8Q loses, c8R loses, c8N loses but c8B draws! Never seen that before.
this is the answer
