if you think i'm overreacting, my ELO was 1180 at one point and it dropped all the way to what it is now.
Should I quit?

Don't just quit. Take a break. If you don't find chess fun, you should quit. Because chess is actually SUPPOSED to be for fun. But even after a long break you don't find chess fun but you just find it stressful, then just leave it.

Thank you for your kind words. I took a really long break, and I guess i'm better at chess than I used to be.
Hello everyone.
I recently lost 200+ rapid ELO, and I have been trying to get it up but I can't. My opponents are better than me no matter what I do. I don't even find chess fun anymore. I just want to have a good rating again.
