i wonder if when he says something non-philosophical if that is basically him making a bad move?

Also @chessmasteryofficial thanks for the help, I did the Smith Morra (personally i really dislike playing against it) and it is an extremely sharp gambit, and I was completely winning! Then....... i messed up, lol

so should i use the Smith Morra? Is that his weakness?

Well it's not really a specific weakness, but the goose seems to be an extremely positional player. Playing tactically seemed to confuse him a lot

GUYS I HAVE A NEW THEORY

Ok so IM Levy Rozman just dropped a new video about him beating all the bots (but then getting cooked by Goose). I watched the video all the way, but at 16 minutes at 48 seconds I saw Trisha, the penultimate bot, comment in bot chat saying "That goose is such a yapper! Good luck with that." Here's the video for reference:

So I think if you premove against goose it will work. I tried this and I won a piece but stopped premoving and was not able to convert. I found that this works with most bots because they often "try" to play extremely fast and catch up with the human player's speed.
