Your looking at that wrong, the king is supposed to be on e4. You keep putting it on e3

But anyways the position is invalid because there is no white king and a chess game is not possible without a white king.
I see nobody talking about this but its so funny when you get in this position and its a fork! and you arent checking the opposing team 🤣🤣
