Is there any evidence of that in the game you posted?
I see you were lost at one point (after 32.. cxb5) White could just get a queen with 33 c5 instead of recapturing.
However, I see no "weird funny" motions.

I know the opponent has shown signs of wanting to "steal the time", then I don't wanna to think for a moment so that I can reduce the risk of losing a few seconds..LoL

Bullet is a unique kind of chess! Although, we are lost absolutely on the board, but we still have a little hope for win on time or at least hoped draw. This is causing a lot of players who are not willing to give up and try to "steal time" by making weird-funny motion that confuses the opponent so they thought for a moment and lost a few seconds of time.
