why does it seem that the timer work really badly?

I am the only one that the timer works really badly, some games can do 30 moves and some games 19 while my opponents have played half game? in other website (I am aware of the difference on how they count the time and pre-moves) all the games end with 30+ moves and can reach 45 or 60 moves.

Yeah it's [removed-- MS]. I've been timed out while the clock read 3 seconds before. Just gotta play quickly and assume the timer is lying.
lmao also the forums won't let you say [removed]. What is this, snakes & ladders by fisher price?

The site allows only a certain amount of lag over a series of moves. Other sites allow all lag

I just played a game and did 4 pre-moves, and ended up having 55 secs on the clock and 3 secs less compared to my opponent. That what I am complaining.

My opponents have 20 seconds on the clock and I have 3 seconds, and I am not there much thinking about the moves - sometimes yes but that is obviously my fault.

There are some time on the day that it gets better
