unfair play

if i'm offending anyone, i'm sorry. i don't intend to. why am i being told that i play unfairly? and have to wait 5min? if i'm missing some basic manners can someone please fill me in?

umm if you're consistingly aborting games, talking rude on chat, or chess.com suspects your using an engine or something along those lines.

i'm sure i'm not. when i first started my games seemed to stall a lot which may have been my fault. i never talk rude, and i think my record would show that i don't cheat.

Most probably you did not make your first move within the first 25 seconds.

Nobody is reporting you. It is automatic.

the only thing unfair in chess is be anxious ......followed by wrong move

Piorun, that is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone who does that should be banned. Not just their account, but their ip address as well.

it will happen (a ban) with repeat offenses. Just accept that you are winning, and read some news, start another game, or walk away and come back.  Complaining and whining only feeds the Jerk Machine
