(I know it is illegal, but who do you think has the better one if it wasnt?)

Definitely black.  Whatever white's first move, he loses a knight.  And after that, a pawn.

how a pawn? if Ra2 on whites first move, then he does not lose a pawn

he does lose a pawn, and then he loses a bishop, and on the right side he will check
