I'm glad you are enjoying the beautiful game of chess! During my senior year in high school (four years ago), a friend of mine was talking about playing chess with a friend of his. we started talking about chess and I thought it sounded cool and intellectual. Lol. We started playing and I've been hooked ever since. :D
This past christmas I got a secondhand chess stratagey book written in the fiftys, read it played a game and now i think chess is a great game. Just wondering how some of you started playing? Oh by the way i read about this newcommer to the chess circle named bobby fisher,wonder how he'll do?
