1.e4 * 2.Bd3
MRO I agree..It is not the best as it is just a waiting move...but it is okay though for amateurial type game..I am just a beginner trying to play

I agree with you Pegrin. I also prefer the ruy lopez and scotch...It is easy and normally gives advantage to white. I was just looking for a new way of playing that's all...It may not give the best result but it takes the opponent's time by playing a strange move.It is more of a tactical time pressure rather than a real game plan. I do know the general principles of openings but after >10 moves I get a losing position. I am deliberately breaking it to see how bad it is but it is not too bad other than a queen and bishop being aligned together.
Thanks ouachita....If it does play an early dxe4 means it is accepting the gambit.Maybe you can think of a plan for black(initiating move). However,If he develops it means a gambit decline variation and when this happens I do agree that black has the initiative but it is not a bad position but white has too play more on the defense after the weak start.Instead of initiating the attack.White will be playing defense. It seems like a passing move when it enters the early middlegame.
Actually Bd3 isn't the move that I fancy ouachita...I just play it to see how bad the opening was. I was thinking this blocked bishop and pawn is hopeless but I manage to strive through against Dylan in Chessmaster 10. To my surprise, I blundered at the last moment.I should had played a queen sac or something so that I will have a good end game.Haha..I got checkmated even with material advantage.I wish I had saved the pgn...I don't recommend it against ppl but against a computer the computer wouldn't be able to play as it depends on database since this move is rare, maybe just a bit of luck...I might get an advantage.
