So i took your advice and tried to leave some comments this time to explain what i was thinking.  Hopefully it helps a bit more.  Thanks in advance :)
PS.  While i didn't leave the comment i realise a blunder from both sides.  I should moved the Rook in my back rank to the e file not the front one on move 18, because he definately should have taken my rook with his bishop.

Thanks for your advice guys, listen i know these games are full of mistakes but thats why i post them, to learn so thanks to everyone that helped, and thnx for some of the flames :p
