Both sides have the style of getting pieces hanging and the style of refusing to take the hanging pieces. Like 16. Qe3?? hangs the queen directly to the bishop, and the knight is also hanging on h6, but you chose 16..Ng5?? and shielded the knight first before taking it next move with the king! I found that really funny. You also hanged plenty of pieces.

5-minute chess... 
As wrathss stated, the playing style was "hanging pieces everywhere".
I'd recommend playing longer games and thinking about your moves more. (And practice tactics).

I just started playing Chess two weeks ago, first time only, and had a wooden board table as I was a kid, that would get the rare use (maybe used it once with a friend during my high school years when I had dug it out of the closet). Really enjoying the game and all the theory and history behind the gameplay. I'm decently trying to learn to play blind chess. I can easily score 27 coordinates on the Coordinate Training on lichess
